Do you take a commission?
No. We don't take a percentage of your sales, and there's no setup or monthly fee.
How do I get paid?
Online payments go straight into your own payment account (Moyasar or Amazon Payment Services), which pays you out as usual. Cash is yours at the counter. No money passes through Dosa.
Are there card fees?
Your payment company charges its usual card fees, as with any card machine. We add nothing on top.
What if an order is cancelled?
A cancelled order costs you nothing.
Is there a contract period?
No fixed period. You can stop at any time with written notice and only pay for orders already completed.
How do customers pay?
Online with mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay or card, or in cash when they pick up, if you allow cash. You choose which methods your page offers.
Do you deliver?
Dosa is built for pickup: at the counter or from the customer's car. If you have your own drivers, you can also offer delivery, with your own fees by distance.
Can customers order from my Google Maps listing?
Yes. We help you add your Dosa page as the order or menu link on your Google Maps listing, and in your Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and WhatsApp profiles.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your page opens in the phone's browser, in Arabic or English.
Who owns my customers' details?
Your orders and customers are yours. We use their details only to run your orders, and we never sell them.
What do you need from me to start?
Your menu with prices, photos if you have them, your logo, opening hours and location. We set up your page with you.
How is Dosa different from delivery apps?
Delivery apps take a percentage of every order and stand between you and your customers. With Dosa there's no commission, you set your own prices, and your customers stay yours.
Where will my orders come from?
From your own customers: people who already find you on Google Maps and social media, or see the QR code at your counter. Dosa puts an order button in those places. We don't promise a number of orders.
What device do I need?
Any tablet or phone with a browser. New orders ring the moment they arrive.
