Who we are
DO (SA), said “Dosa”: Direct Order, Saudi Arabia.
We always felt every order through an app cost more than it should. So we started DO (SA): ordering direct from the restaurant's own page, at its own price, with no commission and no app to download. Our goal is an easier morning across the Kingdom: you order on your way, your coffee is ready the moment you arrive, and the café keeps its customers and its income.
Questions customers ask
Do I need to download an app?
No. The restaurant's page opens in your phone's browser, in Arabic or English. You can add Dosa to your Home Screen to open it in one tap.
Does Dosa add anything to the restaurant's prices?
No. You pay the prices the restaurant sets on its own page, VAT included, with no app fees. If the restaurant delivers, it sets its own delivery fee and you see it before you pay.
How do I find a restaurant's page?
In the list on this page, by tapping “Order online” on the restaurant's Google Maps listing, from the link in its Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok profile, or by scanning the QR code at its counter.
How do I pick up my order from the car?
Where the restaurant offers it, choose car pickup and add your plate and car colour. When you arrive, tap “I'm here” on your order page and staff bring your order out to your car.
How can I pay?
mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay or card, or cash if the restaurant accepts it. The money goes straight to the restaurant.
Can I cancel? What if the restaurant doesn't accept my order?
You can cancel within 2 minutes of ordering, before the order goes to the restaurant. If the restaurant doesn't confirm in time or can't take the order, what you paid is refunded in full automatically (banks usually show it within a few days), and a cash order is simply cancelled.
What happens to my mobile number?
The restaurant gets it to prepare your order and reach you about it. We never sell it or use it for ads.

Do you take a commission?
No. We don't take a percentage of your sales, and there's no setup or monthly fee.
How do I get paid?
Online payments go straight into your own payment account (Moyasar or Amazon Payment Services), which pays you out as usual. Cash is yours at the counter. No money passes through Dosa.
Are there card fees?
Your payment company charges its usual card fees, as with any card machine. We add nothing on top.
What if an order is cancelled?
A cancelled order costs you nothing.
Is there a contract period?
No fixed period. You can stop at any time with written notice and only pay for orders already completed.
How do customers pay?
Online with mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay or card, or in cash when they pick up, if you allow cash. You choose which methods your page offers.
Do you deliver?
Dosa is built for pickup: at the counter or from the customer's car. If you have your own drivers, you can also offer delivery, with your own fees by distance.
Can customers order from my Google Maps listing?
Yes. We help you add your Dosa page as the order or menu link on your Google Maps listing, and in your Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and WhatsApp profiles.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your page opens in the phone's browser, in Arabic or English.
Who owns my customers' details?
Your orders and customers are yours. We use their details only to run your orders, and we never sell them.
What do you need from me to start?
Your menu with prices, photos if you have them, your logo, opening hours and location. We set up your page with you.
How is Dosa different from delivery apps?
Delivery apps take a percentage of every order and stand between you and your customers. With Dosa there's no commission, you set your own prices, and your customers stay yours.
Where will my orders come from?
From your own customers: people who already find you on Google Maps and social media, or see the QR code at your counter. Dosa puts an order button in those places. We don't promise a number of orders.
