What Dosa is
Dosa provides the ordering page. The restaurant is the seller: it is responsible for its menu, prices, VAT, ingredients and allergens, the quality of the food, and preparing and handing over your order.
Your order
- Check your items, options and total before you order. Prices are set by the restaurant.
- Your order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. The restaurant can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item has run out.
- If you paid online and the order is refused or cancelled, the amount is refunded to the same payment method. Refund times depend on your bank.
- Cash orders are paid to the restaurant when you collect the order or when it is delivered.
- You can cancel from the order page until the restaurant accepts the order. After that, contact the restaurant.
Allergies and special requests
Notes on your order are requests to the restaurant. If you have an allergy, ask the restaurant directly before you eat.
Fair use
Use your own real Saudi mobile number. Fake or prank orders hurt restaurants: we limit how many orders a number can place and we block numbers that abuse the service. If you don't collect a cash order, that restaurant will accept only online payment from your number.
Responsibility
Complaints about the food or the service go to the restaurant first; we will help where we can. To the extent the law allows, Dosa is not responsible for the restaurant's food, prices or service.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
Changes
If we change these terms we update this page and its date. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when you ordered.
